Who I am:

A thirty-something wife and mama; photographer, gardener and superhero; expert rock thrower. I started this blog when I received my first digital camera as a gift for Mother’s Day. My entire photographic learning experience is chronicled here…starting with blog post numero uno. Kind of embarrassing…kind of cool.

Where I am:

Seattle, Washington. Living in a 680 square foot house with plenty of room for love and snuggles.

What I like:

Spotting beautiful things; when my house is clean and I didn’t have anything to do with it; Thursdays; giggling with my girlfriends; being cheeky; seeing my boys interact with their Grandma and Grandpa; any documentary; reading random blogs; writing random blogs.

What I don’t like:

Whining; being late; having to go to sleep at a reasonable hour; people who slow down to 5 mph before turning into the turn lane (oooh that really irks me); people who are judgemental; people being loud when I’m being quiet; not feeling like i have enough time to do things and then spending my free time doing stupid stuff.

Got the message and I am not scared; if anything flattered. As you can see I followed the link. I am impressed with the blog and the fact that you are doing the 365 days thing, it was siomply too much for me and I tried it twice. Failed miserably both times..

I have a 1.4 and I l;ove it just don’t use it that much and evrytime I pop it in the camera I realize I need to use it more often. I am simply in love with my 17-40mm..

    Cute boy, by the way!

Wow, what a treat to get to know this side of you – apart from the work side!! I’ve been amazed at your shots on flickr and just came to read this blog and now get to hear the stories behind those wonderful shots! Keep up the gusto with the 365 project…you can do it!!! Your imagination will easily take you there!
    Thanks again!
